Delivery Trans - a CRM for freight logistics
Delivery Trans is a back-office system for a company that hauls freight. Everything a dispatcher works with lives in one window: shipment requests, clients, carriers, route sheets, documents and reference data.
Every shipment shows its money at a glance: the amount charged to the client, the carrier cost, the margin in absolute numbers and percent, and payment statuses on both sides. This makes it clear how much the company actually earns on each trip.
What it does
- Shipment requests - a trip card with pickup and delivery addresses, body type, tonnage, driver and vehicle
- Clients and carriers - a contractor database with company details, drivers and vehicles
- Finances per trip - client price, carrier cost, margin in numbers and percent, separate payment statuses for the client and the carrier
- Flexible filters - by trip dates, participants, addresses, body type, tonnage and payment statuses
- Route sheets - building routes from shipment requests
- Documents - automatic generation of contracts and order forms as PDF and Word from templates
- Excel - exporting filtered shipments and importing data from a file
- Address suggestions - address autocomplete when filling in a request
